Dispute resolution proceedings in front of a consumer arbitration board

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings in front of a consumer arbitration board.

Delivery and payment terms

Delivery
Delivery ex works, plus shipping and packaging. Packaging is invoiced at cost price.

Minimum order
Minimum order value: €25 A surcharge of €5 will be added to any order under the minimum value.

Prices
All prices are listed in euros. All sales prices are recommended retail prices, and do not include VAT. Products may not be exported to other countries without our permission. As soon as a new price list is published, it supersedes all previous price lists. Subject to price alterations, errors and printing errors.

Products
We retain the right to alter colours or designs.

Damage during transport
Provided goods are adequately packed, any costs arising from damage in transit shall be borne by the customer.

Complaints
Complaints must be registered within 10 days. We will replace defective products free of charge. We cannot be held liable for any further claims.

Return policy
You are entitled to return or exchange goods within 10 days of receipt thereof, provided the goods are returned in as new condition at the cost of the customer. Custom-made products and promotional items may not be returned or exchanged.

Retention of title
We retain ownership of the products until we have received payment in full. A 2% discount will be granted on payments made within 8 days. All other payments must be received within 30 days. We require advance payment from new customers.

Applicable law and place of jurisdictionThe laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to all contractual relationships. Court of jurisdiction is Aichwald.
